We were lucky to have 2 gorgeous days with kelly & Sean as we ventured around the South Island of New Zealand for their stunning photoshoot.
We both took the helicopter flight in Wanaka (Roys Peak) and Mt cook (Tasman Glacier), with a snow landing on the Tasman Glacier with spectacular views of Aoraki Mt Cook and the surrounding mountain range.
The Tasman Glacier is New Zealand’s longest glacier and flows south and east towards the Mackenzie Basin from the Southern Alps, a terminal ice structure that is the biggest of its kind in New Zealand.
Then we headed to the tasman lake, the 300-500-year-old ice shelf is slowly tearing away, depositing icebergs of all shapes and sizes in to the water. The lake is one of only a few in the world that contains icebergs.
The second day we headed to church of the good shepherd, another iconic structure situated at Lake Tekapo. This little church and its stone wall is one of the most popular picture spots and it looks magical when illuminated at night.
